We've been 3 or 4 times now in the past 4 months and we've had no issues so far. On at least 2 of our visits they've been slammed but we still got through the drive thru relatively fast, our food...

Foods fine. If you want it fast, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Gave up on drive thru and had to go inside to even get anyone's attention. Ridiculous.

Food seems good; but man the workers are miserable, the look I got when I asked for ketchup made me wonder what they might do to the food?

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If you didn't order online then you mean absolutely nothing to this staff. If you approach the counter and try to order in person, then prepare to be ignored for an obscene...
