Wayne Highlands School District

Wyomissing Area School District operates two elementary schools and a junior-senior high school. The schools have a student strength of more than 1,900 students. The public schools offer educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The subjects offered include English, American history, computer science, mathematics, business, technology, social studies, science, health and physical education, music and art. Brandywine Heights Middle School provides enrichment and educational classes to students in grades six through eight. The school educates students in several subject areas, such as physical education, health, art, music, science, math, social studies, reading, family and consumer science and computer applications. The school s professional staff has more than 50 qualified educators, including teachers, guidance counselors, school nurses, librarians and building administrators. The middle school enhances the physical development of students by organizing an array of sports programs, including soccer, volleyball, tennis and basketball. Brandywine Heights Middle School has its campus in Topton, Pa.
