Waldron Mercy Academy

Founded in 1987, Waldron Mercy Academy is a Catholic, coeducational school sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy. The academy serves more then 500 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It runs a Montessori program for children between the ages of 3 through 6. Waldron Mercy Academy s curriculum includes English, math, science, Bible study and language arts. The academy s social studies curriculum focuses on various topics, such as history, geography, culture, people and economy of the countries of the world. It also organizes special classes in art, music, library and world languages. Waldron Mercy Academy also offers several child care, after-school and lunch programs. The academy is located in Merion Station, Pa.
