At Waffles, INCaffeinated, we believe that breakfast should not be excluded from fine dining. We offer unique, delicious and artistically plated dishes prepared from scratch using a wide variety of ingredients. We start with a sourdough waffle, perfectly prepared, buttery, crispy and deliciously golden brown. Next, and to your liking, we create sweet waffle dishes such as the Megaberry with blueberries and raspberries, inside and out topped with fresh cut strawberries, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream. Or we make it a savory plate such as the Breakfast Magic with bacon, cheddar cheese, and scallions inside and out, crowned with a fried egg. We even have a Build Your Own option where YOU design the waffle to YOUR specific taste! Additionally, our waffle dishes may be requested as gluten and dairy free! But we aren’t just waffles! We have omelets, French toasts, sandwiches, and sides. “Wake up” your meal with one of our gourmet coffees and teas.
