Extremely slow...appointment at 5:25 for a simple blood draw, checked in on tablet at 5:30. Didn't get called to check in at the front until 5:40. Called back around 6. Still sitting here at 6:20....

Brought my mom in for a terrible cough. Dr. Ben (I think) was wonderful. Took the time and patience w/ her to get to the bottom of her illness. Ran multiple test. Let her and I ask questions....
