I had an appointment today. While I was there I attempted to drop off my son's glasses for repair. They're covered under warranty. The pair of glasses I had, didn't match what was in the system....

This is my second pair of glasses. About the most expensive lenses, smudge proof glare proof transitions. And I don't understand how they keep smudging. I'm very disappointed

Scheduled an eye exam and when I arrived at the store the lady asked me "did I know this was a virtual visit", I said no. They were already 40 minutes behind schedule and had 2 people ahead of me...

They take forever and don't know what they are doing they make you wait or cancel the appointments last minute when they make an appointment they take forever
