Waiting on package, updates several days, several times a day with the same exact update for a week. Usps website says vip has package and theyre waiting for vip to drop package off.

Very very rude and unfriendly people. No reply via emails and it's hard to reach them via phone. They ask you to manually avoid every single shipment that didn't ship, if you forget, no money...
