You'll recognize this place from the outside by the distinctive neon arrow sign. This place has long been a staple for locals. In the West Lawn area, there aren't many bars in walking distance....

Victors is always a good option for some light fare, sports options on a half dozen TV's and a bar that allows cigar smoking. Dean runs a tight ship and always has a lively crowd
