Founded in 1927, Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped is located in Johnstown, Pa. The center develops and supports an environment for persons with disabilities, which promotes vocational and employment training, independence, and community involvement through rehabilitation, recreation and low-vision services, and provides education for the prevention of blindness.
