Staff is extremely rude and their "manager" thought it was okay to yell at me over a pair of socks my 1 YEAR OLD who wasn't even jumping, was wearing as I was CARRYING her through the jump park....

Discusting. Ordered food and waited 45 minutes and it wasn't even ready so i had to leave. It looked like nobody knew what they were doing in the kitchen.

If half your park is closed (some due to broken items, some due to lack of employees) then give some sort of discount. At least give the customer a heads up before they pay full price. One month...
