customer service was awful!!! I wouldn't rate with one star! Simply terrible! Employees were walking around the store with their hands in their pocket or on an iPad. I was there for a half hour....

Phone lost, older man wouldn't look up any information to assist with phone replacement even after providing the required drivers license. Do yourself a favor and go to another store.
