They enter your apartment without notice to plan future upgrades. Entering without notice for an emergency (leak, repair, etc) is completely understandable. But they also enter without notice...

They don't have enough maintenance people on the building so unless there's a leak you will have to wait few weeks for them to get to you and solve your problem . If you complain about the smell...
