Have you ever wanted to go to a crossfit gym without all the crossfitters? This place is like that but cooler. Alot of the people here are into the "spartan race" types of competitions/events....

I took 6 classes at this location In 2015. I would go after work with co-workers. I enjoyed my experience. I havnt been to any other cross fit gyms to compare this one to, however I am athletic...
