Customer service is usually friendly, and most locations in Bucks County, Pa. are convenient. I think $8 a month for a "free" checking account is a bit much but not excessive for a smaller bank....

I recently opened a new checking account with Univest in Blue Bell. Amanda was excellent for customer service in answering many questions. I would highly recommend this bank.
