Dismal customer service. I will no longer shop here. I was exchanging a lip gloss I purchased that was rancid. I was unable to smell the replacement due to the store being so heavily...

I drove an hour here (and another hour back) because I had to return a product that I didn't use yet and changed my mind about - they refunded my money. Probably only good part of my visit there....
