UGI Corporation is a domestic and international distributor of propane and butane. It also markets and distributes natural gas and electricity and provides heating and cooling services in the eastern region of the United States. UGI Corporation s divisions include UGI Gas Service, UGI Electric, UGI Penn Natural Gas and UGI HVAC. Its UGI Energy Services markets natural gas and electricity under the trade names GASMARK and POWERMARK to nearly 11,000 commercial and industrial customers in nine states.
