Terrible Ford warranty experience. Warranty work done here needed to be fixed at another dealer. I suspect Tristar didn't even replace the parts for which they invoiced Ford. They cannot rotate...

I traveled 32 miles and it was worth it. The SUV I looked at was clean. I got the best deal for the options/miles. I recommend Tri-Star to purchase a vehicle.
