Travis Denny, DO

David Hoyt, DO, is a family medicine physician who treats patients’ chronic conditions, injuries, and illnesses. He works with patients to achieve their highest level of health through preventive and wellness care. Dr. Hoyt attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and he completed an internship at South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, and he belongs to the American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hoyt welcomes patients of all ages at his practice in Mercer.

Kayla Weaver, CRNP is a nurse practitioner with AHN Primary Care Institute, specializing in family practice. Her clinical interests include diabetes mellitus, hypertension, psychiatric care, women’s health, and pediatrics. She is skilled at DOT exams, insulin pump management, and skin tag removal. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Nursing Management degrees from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Nursing — Family Nurse Practitioner from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kayla Weaver is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. She also is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She sees patients of all ages.

Dr. Painley is a highly skilled interventional cardiologist who performs advanced procedures for patients with heart disease. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed an internal medicine residency from Frankford Hospitals, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received further training with a cardiology fellowship and an interventional cardiology fellowship at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Browns Mill, New Jersey. He has special interests in coronary angiography intervention and structural heart conditions. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
