Founded in 1993, Touch-Stone Solutions is a nonprofit human service agency. It serves several families and individuals in Crawford and Venango counties in northwestern Pennsylvania. The agency administers residential, employment, behavioral health, and home and community programs for individuals with mental disabilities. Community Shelter Services

Established in 1973 as a 12 bed emergency shelter facility at 241 East 26th Street, Community Shelter Services, has evolved into a multi-faceted shelter, housing and support services provider for homeless men, women and children. Community Shelter Services, offers children a playground area as well as a playroom furnished with donated toys.
