Matthew Moffa, DO Dr. Moffa is an infectious disease doctor and the Medical Director, Infection Prevention, at West Penn Hospital. He specializes in antibiotics, antimicrobial stewardship, CDIFF, infectious disease, MRSA, persistent cellulitis, respiratory illnesses, staph infection, and VRE. Dr. Moffa attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital, and his residency at AGH-WPH Medical Education Consortium. He is board certified: American Board of Internal Med-Infectious Disease and American Board of Internal Medicine.

Marissa Barash, PsyD Marissa Barash, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology, chronic pain, women’s behavioral health, eating disorders, and body image distress. Dr. Barash also provides comprehensive evaluations for spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgery, heart transplants, and pre-surgical assessments for cancer patients. Her expertise extends to managing anxiety, depression, and OCD through evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive psychotherapy. Dr. Barash earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and completed her undergraduate studies at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Carnegie Mellon University counseling center and a fellowship at the WPIC Center for Eating Disorders in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Barash welcomes young adult patients as well as patients 18 and older.

Elizabeth Rhodes, MPAS, PA-C Elizabeth Rhodes, MPAS, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in general neurology. Elizabeth believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, understanding their unique concerns, and working collaboratively to develop individualized treatment plans. She aims to create an environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their healthcare journey. Elizabeth earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
