I started using this UPS store a few months ago to return packages to Amazon and I'm very happy with the service. Staff are pleasant and process my items quickly, so it's an easy 5 stars.

I went in to mail a package, they demanded to scan my driver's license. No explanation as to why they need all that info to mail a package. I then went to a staples, sent my package, no id...
