Situated at the summit of the Allegheny Mountains at Milepost 248 on Norfolk Southern’s Pittsburgh Line, The Tunnel Inn - a trackside bed & breakfast catering to all types of railfans, consists of 4 rooms - 2 with 2 single beds & 2 with 1 Queen Sized Bed, Private Bathrooms & Air Conditioning complete with individual Cable TV units in each room. A covered rear deck with self controlled light switch is available to illuminate the track area to view the mainline action at night. Also a chimnea located on the rear deck to take the nighttime chill out of the mountain air. When you stay at The Tunnel Inn, only the engineer is closer to the train.

This is a B&B that is for a railroad fans! It is located right alongside the tracks outside a tunnel. Trains will go by anytime day and night for the fans enjoyment. They have a large outside deck...
