The story begins over 20 years ago. In 1985, Bob Fisher, president and owner, started Innovative with a focus on understanding the customer's needs and providing them with exceptional service. Bob had worked for printers where he felt that customers were not getting the service they needed. As a result, he set out to create a higher standard in the industry. A business was launched in the bedroom of his home in Collegeville, PA-and a year later he made his first hire and the first move to the basement of his home. From a basement office on up, Innovative is now one of the top printing and new media companies in the Northeast. We have grown as a result of staying true to that original focus. We continue to provide exceptional service and put our customers first. This commitment is the reason that most of our early customers are still with us today.
