I'd say "could be better" but really, depending on which you live in, i.e. independent, assisted, or skilled nursing, you're going to have a totally different experience & so I'm saying "Not good"...

Based in Wernersville, Pa., Phoebe Berks Village Commons is an assisted living community operated by Phoebe Ministries, a nonprofit organization that specializes in health care, housing and support services for older persons.
