The Papermill Art Studios LLC began renovating a shell of a historic and distressed property in Kensington to provide affordable artist studios,. Today we house over 70 studios and are developing additional spaces on our ground floor.

The Papermill Loft is a blessing for the Kensington community. This large warehouse has an art gallery and theater space on the 1st floor, and the other 4 floors are studio spaces for artists....
