I lived in the Icon for a bit more than a year and was very happy with the building and the staff. The concierges Yeti, Alicia, Blain and Khadijah were excellent as well as the maintenance crew...

This place has gone downhill very fast. None of the amenities are ever in working condition.

Do NOT rent here. The Icon rents multiple apartment units to Airbnb. I feel like I'm living in a frat house with all of the partying and noise caused by Airbnb visitors. The Icon does not disclose...
