The Hummingbird Room ia a lovely 1847 Historic Register manor house on three willow lined acres in the rolling green farmland surrounding Penn State. We offer the finest in elegant, custom weddings, private parties and events in our home and our charming rustic barn with deck offers the prettiest views in the Valley. Our services include off-site catering, cooking classes, Gourmet-to-Go' and retail shop and Miss Ruby's Supper Club offers the public a chance to experience our seasonal menus of four to eight courses created with the bounty from our own gardens as well as our neighbors.

I have enjoyed every dinner, every bite I've ever had here. Local ingredients made with skill and passion, fantastic setting and ambiance, and staff that really makes me feel welcome and special.
