Owner Carol Smith has worked in food her whole life. When Radnor Court needed someone new to take over their deli, a tenant in the building suggested that Carol step in because of her reputation for great food and friendly service. After the deli re-opened under Carol's management, word spread throughout the area that this was the place to be for lunch. The Deli at Radnor Court has turned into a thriving business with two sister locations, a rapidly growing catering service, and many loyal customers.
