History

Joyce Nichols-Moore is a highly sought out fitness coach, healthy cuisine chef, a published author, empowerment mentor, motivational speaker and founder of JNM Empowerment, LLC Her journey into cooking and eventually writing a cookbook began in 2010 when a tragedy took her into a deep depression. The result was a 30lb weight gain and a burdensome amount of guilt and shame. After having a spiritual awakening, Joyce wasted no time getting her body back in shape. One day after hanging up a bikini in her kitchen as a visual goal, she began to create recipes that would help comfort her through emotional healing and at the same time yield an amazing body. By the end of her journey she lost 25lbs and had a slew of recipes. With the encouragement of her supportive family and friends, Joyce penned The Bikini Kitchen and the rest is history. Today, Joyce speaks nationally encouraging women to embrace their emotional side and still come out on top.

The Bikini Kitchen was designed to help liberate women (and a few good men) from boring diet food. Each dish is crafted so the whole family will enjoy it and to be easy on the wallet. You can enjoy a cooking class, our New cooking academy, or you can have The Bikini Kitchen do a demo for your bridal shower, birthday party, corporate event or summer camp.
