HistoryI went through a dark night of the soul earlier this decade and I had a really hard time finding people who could actually help me. I visited medical doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, psychics, and spiritual healers, and felt very few people could make a dent into my depression. Through a combination of energy work, cognitive restructuring, and other healing modalities, I finally found a way to the other side, and I realized I was called to help others do the same. I have a traditional mental health and addictions counseling background, as well as several certifications in energy healing, hypnotherapy, and life coaching.
