Altoona PA store I have only been in this store twice and that's since Target was announced as official store for "Wicked" merchandise. 1st trip in I have never seen a place so disorganized....

They place item on the shelves before the "street date" then refuse to sell it when they are clearly at fault. Well you lost the sale now.
