Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte, PA is a picturesque park that was established in the 1960s by Bellefonte Borough Council and has since been maintained and improved by the Talleyrand Park Committee, in collaboration with the Borough of Bellefonte and the Bellefonte Garden Club.
