Holding my mothers death certificates hostage until we pay for the cremation. Can't pay for her cremation until we get the death certificates to open her estate.

They did a great job for my mother's funeral. Everything went very smoothly and they did not try to hard sell me anything I didn't want. They really helped a lot at this difficult time.
