Originally founded as Lycoming County Crippled Children s Society Inc., Children s Development Center is a community services organization. Based in Williamsport, Pa., the center provides a range of programs and services for children with physical disabilities and special needs. Additionally, Children s Development Center offers a full day pre-school program beginning at age 2 years 7 months.
