My son just came home with the worst haircut I've ever seen. If you don't have the skills to cut hair, don't do it!!! I don't know how this is acceptable

It's a wast of time calling for an appointment. They take the walk-ins in the order they come in and the call-ins get in line. NOT WHAT CALLING IN AND GETTING A TIME IS SUPPOSE TO ACCOMPLISH!
