My family and I booked here thinking Travelodge it'll be good not the case for this place. They slapped the name Travelodge onto an old, run-down Super 8 motel. The customer service was horrible....

They have BED BUGS!!! And wouldn't give me my money back. Room was disgusting. Don't think they cleaned at all. Hard surfaces were all filthy. Stains on bedding. And it smelled like someone smoked...
