Long wait before anyone even looked up to take order. Employees working on another order (not sure who mo one in sight). No apologies fir the wait. Not much courtesy here. Also out of cookies....

I think the staff are friendly, especially Joe & their food is good. The place is tidy and clean. I give this Subway 5 stars!
