In highschool, I used to go to this subway fairly often, and it was good. Perhaps I was young and naive, as this was before the time where I was eating my Sunday brunches at the Beverly Hills...

Went in to order food at 8:34 pm and they said "we're closing" not that hard to make a sandwhich in 26 minutes.

Waited 1/2 hour for service. One person working on a Friday night?? Time to get more employees or pay a higher wage to keep them.

I said I would eat in, but they had no green baskets left? Didn't even let me know any update on it or apologize for the inconvenience, just wrapped up the sub poorly. No napkins or utensils...

Agree with Daryll on this one -- Subway's just turned into a 'place to get basic food' -- sandwiches uninspired and employees even less-so. I don't know why they don't give it a 20% improvement...
