Food is good and employees are usually okay. As someone else mentioned the wait at night can be long especially on the weekends.

24 hour is not true. There is only a single employee on the line at night. If you happen to try and get a sandwich at this time you could be waiting 20 minutes maybe more. When they finally come...

Worst subway ever. Poorly managed... often only one person working the counter. Bentleyville PA is notorious for poor restaurant choices and this place is a prime example.
