Rohan Venida, DO, is a primary care sports medicine physician. He specializes in sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, tendinopathies, and osteoarthritis treatment for patients looking to restore function and improve quality of life. Dr. Venida is highly skilled in performing ultrasound-guided procedures, including corticosteroid and platelet-rich plasma injections, viscosupplementation, tendon debridement, nerve hydrodissections, trigger point injections, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Venida is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Venida welcomes patients ages 8 and older. Dr. Venida’s practice philosophy emphasizes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. He addresses biomechanical factors contributing to pain or dysfunction and offers non-surgical treatments to delay or prevent surgery. Sonia Panesar, MD, FACOG Sonia Panesar, MD, FACOG, is an OB-GYN with AHN Women, specializing in patient-centered contraception and pregnancy care. She went to medical school at Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies. Dr. Panesar did her residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland and was Chief Resident in obstetrics and gynecology at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Panesar is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She welcomes patients ages 14 and older.
