A four-year varsity letter award winner and captain of the Men’s Soccer Team at Brown University, where he received his undergraduate degree, Dr. Thomas received his doctor of medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He served an internship with Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA and residencies with Hamot Medical Center and Shriners’ Hospital for Children, also in Erie. His award-winning research and related articles have been written for notable publications such as Contemporary Orthopaedics, Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma, Journal of Hand Surgery, Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, and the American Journal of Sports Medicine. Dr. Thomas and his wife Lesley are originally from Moon Township and currently reside in Moon. They have two children Garrett and Emma. Both of Dr. Thomas’s brothers are in the medical field. Raymond Drabicki, MD

Dr. Drabicki is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. He is extensively trained in shoulder replacement surgery, the most current, minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgical procedures of the shoulder, elbow and knee, and is experienced in treating a wide array of general orthopaedic issues. Dr. Drabicki is a Pittsburgh-area native and a graduate of Pine-Richland High School. After earning his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, he returned home to complete his orthopaedic surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital. After residency, he completed additional fellowship training at the highly regarded Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi, and Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. During this time, Dr. Drabicki trained under nationally and internationally acclaimed shoulder specialists who pioneered many of the arthroscopic techniques employed today. After completion of his fellowship, Dr. Drabicki chose to return home and join GPOA. He currently resides in the Mars area with his wife, Katie, and two boys. As a sports medicine physician, and parent of two, Dr. Drabicki remains closely tied to high school and youth athletics, and often finds himself either on the sidelines as a team doctor or in the stands. He previously served as a head/assistant physician to the multiple collegiate and professional teams. He currently serves as the team physician for the Highlands Golden Rams and Freeport Yellow Jackets,and supports Mars and Pine-Richland athletic programs.
