Located in Scranton, Pa., it offers pregnancy, outpatient therapy, and family and adoption services. The center also conducts various extensive residential and community-based programs for children and adults diagnosed with mental retardation. Established in 1888, St. Joseph s serves residents throughout northeastern Pennsylvania. It provides residential services for homeless mothers and children, as well as offers residential and outpatient therapies and educational programs.
