Southwest Behavioral Health

Southwest Behavioral Health Management Inc, founded in 1998, is a non-profit corporation serving six counties in southwestern Pennsylvania as the primary contractor for the collaborative behavioral health HealthChoices contract. Governed by a board of directors representing the counties, SBHM provides administrative management for mental health and substance use disorder programs.

Managed by SBHM, the Northwest Behavioral Health Partnership Inc was established in 2007 to oversee behavioral health contracts for three counties in northwestern Pennsylvania.
