South Hills Council

The South Hills Area Council of Governments (SHACOG) is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation established in 1973. Comprised of 22 member municipalities, SHACOG collaborates voluntarily to address mutual interests and concerns, implementing projects and programs for the benefit of its members while leveraging the advantages of its size.

With a population exceeding 316,000 and covering a geographic service area of 223 square miles, SHACOG serves as a platform for cooperation among its member municipalities.
