I went in May 4th, to have 2 inches trimmed from my hair and have it tapered in the front. The length was to the bottom of my shoulder blades. I left with it up to my neck, longer in the front....

Can't cut worth any thing asked for one style and they cut it a whole inch shorter and no were close to what I wanted
