Slippery Rock University

Slippery Rock University has an enrollment of more than 7,500 students in over 100 degree programs. The university is spread on more than 600 acres in over 45 buildings and is one of the largest campuses in western Pennsylvania. It employs more than 400 teaching faculty and offers courses, such as accounting, economics, finance, human resource management, international business, management, marketing communication, computer science, military science and political science. It also offers sociology, anthropology and social work, physical education, biology, chemistry, geography, geology and the environment, health and safety, mathematics, physics, psychology, English, art, dance, music, theater and philosophy. The institution additionally offers athletic activities, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, indoor and outdoor track, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, wrestling, golf, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball and water polo. The university is located in Slippery Rock, Pa.
