It's a gas station. The gas is sometimes cheap, but others in the area tend to be less. It IS convenient as it's right on 202. There's also a handy-dandy mini-mart built-into it, like many gas...

Had to wake up the attendant to buy gas. Store smells exactly like a urinal. Not ideal.
