History

Bar+Bottle concept was created to deliver a clean, pure space to experience our beer in the optimum environment. We sought to offer a different take on what a brewery taproom could be and we decided to take inspiration from the European beer cafes we frequented in our travels.

Separatist Beer Project seeks to create an experience that pushes the boundaries of what a high-end beer bar can be. Situated in a 200 year old historic building in the heart of Easton's vibrant downtown, Bar+Bottle blends modern and rustic with 16 rotating taps featuring our own mainstays and one-off creations, as well as collaborations and rarities sent from our brewing friends around the world. Two very different aesthetics collide within this beer mecca with a split-personality. Inside Bar+Bottle you will find two bars and 32 taps, 16 mirrored on each side featuring 13 draft beers, NITRO Cold brew from Electric City Roasting, and 2 wines on tap from Pinnacle Ridge Winery. In addition to our main bar, we have a dedicated bar for growler/crowler fills, takeout beer, as well as draft pours available. Merchandise is for sale, and the fridge is stocked with fresh cans and vintage bottle releases from our cellar, when available.
