Founded in 1955, Penn Foundation is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive mental health and mental retardation, and addiction treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The center provides inpatient, outpatient and residential treatment, crisis intervention, case management, Christian counseling, and employee assistance programs to more than 8,000 individuals every year.
