Warren Manor is a 121-bed skilled nursing facility located at Warren, Pa. It has been serving the area and surrounding communities for over 18 years. The facility offers amenities, including 5 private and 58 semi-private rooms, River s Edge cafe, licensed beautician and barber shop. It provides a comprehensive range of health care services, including long-term care, short-term care, respite care, physical and occupational therapies, psychological services and speech/language pathology. The center also offers specialized services, such as comprehensive wound management, total enteral/parenteral nutrition, respiratory care, renal care, post hospital care and alzheimer s /dementia care.
